Airports Company appoints finance exec The Namibia Airports Company (NAC) has appointed Verengai Ruswa as strategic executive for finance.
Ruswa, a chartered accountant by profession and pursuing an MBA in applied aviation management, boasts with approximately 10 years experience in the financial sector, most of which has been spent in auditing and consultancy.
He is a former senior manager at professional services firm KPMG, where he focused primarily on state-owned enterprises (SOEs), as well as the energy and natural resource sectors.
“Mr Ruswa brings a great wealth of financial experience to our company and I have no doubt that, with his knowledge and passion for aviation, we will continue to deliver,” NAC CEO Tamer EL-Kallawi said this week.
“I look forward to ensure that the finance department is efficient and effective in serving as an important support function to the core business units of the company,” Ruswa said.
