Ovitoto villagers say they fear dying in car accidents, due to the terrible roads.
They also fear the death of their livestock because of overgrazing.
They also lament the limited opportunities for youth in that village.
Situated about 45km east of Okahandja in the Omatako Constituency of the Otjozondjupa Region, Ovitoto was established in 1942.
The only school in the area is 60 years old.
