Mayor denies plot sabotage

Windhoek Mayor Muesee Kazapua has denied claims that the municipality is unresponsive and uncooperative in making land available for the Massive Urban Land Servicing Project.
This project will lead to the servicing of 200 000 plots following an agreement between President Hage Geingob and the leaders of the Affirmative Repositioning (AR) movement recently.
“This is a directive from the President, part of the local government and we are part of the central government. Why would we be unresponsive and uncooperative?” asked Kazapua.
