Creative but wrong TAKING SHORTCUTS: A builder at Adolfi location along the Ongwediva-Ondangwa main road decided to build a double-storey house around a Telecom overhead cable. Telecom Namibia’s northern area manager, Junias Kalimbo, referred all inquiries to the company’s communication manager, Oiva Angula, who could not be reached for comment. Namibian Sun was reliably informed that this is the main fibre-optic cable from Windhoek, connecting northern towns to the internet.
