“Hage’s remarks are laughable”

The weekend passed without any reported incidences of violence as the July 31 Affirmative Repositioning deadline came and went. Across the country, reports were received of the peaceful clearing of land. Nampol members were deployed at Goreangab but the situation was calm and controlled.
In the meantime, the DTA has ridiculed comments made by President Hage Geingob that the Namibian youth will not avail themselves to participate in the Massive Urban Land Servicing Project describing Geingob’s doubt as “laughable and inappropriate”.
