Namibia to host SADC Renewable Energy Centre

The Speaker of the National Assembly, Peter Katjavivi, has described the late Sandra Tjitendero as a “steadfast and dedicated carer to many”.
The American-born Sandra was the widow of the founding Speaker of the National Assembly, Mosé Tjitendero, who died in 2006.
She died on Sunday night in Germany after attending her stepdaughter’s wedding.
Katjavivi said Tjitendero died peacefully surrounded by her children and grandchildren.
