Criminal charges might be filed against TransNamib following a recent sulphuric acid spill in the Dorob National Park in the Erongo Region.
The incident happened on July 13, when a TransNamib train with two Class 34 locomotives derailed and overturned within the protected area of the Dorob National Park.
