Dirty DRC wants more toilets, bins

Residents of the Democratic Resettlement Community (DRC) in Swakopmund have requested the Municipality to provide more street rubbish bins and build more toilets there.
The residents acknowledged that some community members are not keeping the area clean.
They promised that they are willing to cooperate with the municipality if they could get more toilets.
