Swapo councillor killed in crash

Swapo councillor killed in crash The ruling party has lost one of its councillors, Samson Nghilumbwa, who died this morning in a car accident in the Erongo Region. Nghilumbwa died after the car he was travelling in collided with a truck on the Arandis-Swakopmund road. The deceased is also a former chairperson of the management committee and active member of the Swapo Party Youth League (SPYL).
