Oshana police chief not resigning

The Oshana police chief, Commissioner Ndahangwapo Kashihakumwa, has denied rumours of his resignation.
Speaking to Namibian Sun yesterday, Kashihakumwa said he got wind of unconfirmed reports that he is stepping down, but was quick to nip the rumours in the bud.
“There is no truth to such information. People sometimes create stories but I can safely say that I have not resigned, nor am I leaving the region anytime soon. Should I ever leave, that news would come from me first,” said Kashihakumwa.
