Namibia’s International Relations Minister Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah says modalities still need to be worked out on how to make the recently introduced African passport available to all Africans.
The passport, which was unveiled during the recent 27th African Union summit in Rwanda, is said to be an attempt to ease the movement of people and stimulate trade across the continent. Ghana has already introduced a new visa-on-arrival policy for citizens of AU member states.
