Panduleni Gotlieb (30), the first of three suspects arrested in connection with the Hans-Jorge Möller murder and robbery case, appeared before the Walvis Bay Magistrate’s Court yesterday.
A handcuffed Gotlieb arrived under heavy police protection and appeared before Magistrate John Liwayo Sindano on three counts - murder, housebreaking with the intention to steal and attempted murder.
Magistrate Sindano granted a request that Gotlieb appear in cuffs because he is regarded a flight risk.
The case was postponed to 2 August for further investigation.
