Rivalry sparks fierce competition

St Paul’s College beat old rivals St George’s in their FNB Classic Clashes football match on Friday, 10 June.
The winning school claimed a 4-0 win.
The next day Delta was victorious against Jan Mohr as they secured a 1-0 win in the other Classic Clash match.
John Mbako of St George’s was named Vigo Hero for his leadership portrayed on and off the sport field and participation in athletics at national level, while Penda ya France, left winger of St Paul’s was named FNB Classic Clashes Man of the Match.
