The distribution of the Rössing Pension Funds surplus funds is back to the drawing board. The situation is obliging the trustees of the Rössing Pension Fund to consider a formula that would be acceptable to all involved in the distribution of the N$450 million surplus funds.
Windhoek High Court Judge Shafimana Ueitele on Wednesday set aside the formula in accordance of which 15% of the fund was to be allocated to the former members and 33% to Rössing Uranium Limited through a three-year contribution.
