Failed 100K cash heist

Mere hours after a G4S employee stole a bag filled with N$100 000 in cash last week he was caught and the cash retrieved, apart from N$80 spent on taxi fares and recharge vouchers.
A statement by the NamPol public relations office said the alarm was sounded shortly after a bag went missing during a cash transit from the G4S security offices in Eros to a First National Bank cash centre in Windhoek’s CBD.
