On 31 March 2016, the Constitutional Court of South Africa delivered a 105-paragraphed judgment finding and pronouncing that President Jacob Zuma failed to uphold, protect and respect the constitution. Subsequently many informed and uninformed commentators argued almost immediately that, the obvious political option is that the ANC would do the purported right and correct thing and recall Zuma.
