An urgent application brought by the management of Rosh Pinah zinc mine for an interim order to restrain more than 200 workers from interfering with operations, intimidating non-striking employees and obstructing them from doing their work, has been dismissed by the Windhoek Labour Court.
Judge Petrus Unengu said the applicants are creating an impression that the situation at Rosh Pinah mine is critical and that damage will be done if there is no order.
He argued that this is not the case.
