Fugitive rapist still at large

Convicted rapist Charles Namiseb, who escaped from police custody last month, is still at large.
Namiseb was due to appear in the High Court on Wednesday for sentencing.
His co-accused, Edwin Tourob, did appear before Judge Alfred Siboleka, with the prosecution producing exhibits confirming his previous conviction.
Siboleka postponed the matter to March 30.
