Killers of security firm owner guilty

Judge Naomi Shivute yesterday convicted Willem Kawulefelwa Valombola, Toivo Kashipolo and Fillipus Shishiveni Nomongula of the murder of Hams Security Company owner Andries Petrus de Jager in November 2009.
Shivute said the State had met all the requirements to prove that the three had acted with common purpose.
“Each accused was present and performed an act of association,” she said before announcing the guilty verdict.
