So the authorities have finally made the performance agreements of Cabinet ministers public. It was really long overdue and it will allow the public to have a clear picture of what is really expected from their political leaders. It should be said that ministers, like other civil servants, serve the public and not political interests. They are now able to identify their objectives and evaluate their performance.
